Speed-to-lead and estimate follow-up
Reply to new leads in minutes. Follow up every estimate on a schedule.
For roofers, HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors in Austin and the surrounding area who pay for leads. When a lead comes in from Angi, Thumbtack, Google or your website, it gets a text back in your business name within minutes, day or night. After you send an estimate, follow-ups go out on a schedule until the customer answers or you mark the job won or lost.

Why speed matters
- InsideSales looked at 5.7 million inbound leads at more than 400 companies. Conversion rates were more than 8 times higher when the first attempt came in the first 5 minutes than when it came between 5 minutes and 24 hours later. Only 0.1% of leads were reached that fast. (InsideSales, 2021)
- LevelCFO's benchmark of 794 contractors puts the median at 38.1% of all quotes issued turning into work. Quotes that were won were marked won a median of 2 days after sending. Lost quotes took a median of 29 days to be marked lost. (LevelCFO)
The InsideSales numbers come from sales teams in general, not contractors. Treat them as a guide, and judge it on your own numbers.
What you get
- A text reply in your business name within minutes of a new lead, including nights and weekends.
- Two or three short questions: what they need, the address or area, and a good time to call.
- A summary of each lead texted to you, so you call back already knowing the job.
- A follow-up schedule for every estimate you send, by text and email, for example on days 2, 5, 10, 20 and 30.
- Follow-ups stop the moment the customer replies, or when you mark the job won or lost.
How it works
- We connect the places your leads already arrive: lead emails from Angi or Thumbtack, your website form, or a text line.
- You approve the reply and follow-up messages once. Nothing goes out that you have not read.
- A new lead gets the reply and the questions. You get the summary.
- When you send an estimate, you forward it or tap a link, and the follow-up schedule starts.
- When the customer answers, the conversation comes to you. Prices, scheduling and promises stay with you.

FAQ
Which lead sources work?
Anything that reaches you as an email, a web form or a text. That covers Angi and Thumbtack lead emails and most website forms. Tell us what you use and we will say whether it fits.
Will it text customers things I did not approve?
No. You approve the reply and every follow-up message before it is used. It never quotes a price or books a time on its own.
Does it stop if the customer says no?
Yes. Any reply stops the schedule and goes to you. A customer who texts STOP is never contacted again.
Do I need new software?
No. You keep your phone number, email and estimating tool.
Is this live?
