Supervision needed
Medium Plan mode and step approvals keep you in control, but turning on auto-approve lets it run commands and edit many files without a check.
Where it tends to fail
Model bills that climb on long tasks, and broad edits or terminal commands that go further than you meant when auto-approve is on.
Pricing
